How do we find our house?

• When we confirm receipt of your final payment we will enclose a map of Marseillan showing the exact location of your house.

• Please call us on 07769 655682 during the week running up to your holiday start date, and we will make arrangements with you personally for the collection of your key.

• Normal take over time is between 3 and 6 in the afternoon and we ask that you vacate the house by 9 am on your departure day. Please leave your key at the house.

• Any problems on arrival, please call 0044 7769 655682 or call in to Le Boulevard restaurant and they will contact us for you.


Is the house fully equipped?

• Yes, the kitchen is fitted with all necessary appliances, plus crockery utensils and tea towels, etc. Linen is provided too, but not personal towels.


Are there any extra charges?


• A security deposit of £100/150€ will have been collected on your arrival, and provided all is well in the house when you leave, this will be returned to you after you return home.

• Except in price band A, all electricity and gas are included in the price. In the lower bands the meter will be read at the start and finish of your holiday and you will be charged for the units used.

  • Hire towels for £10 / 15€ per person per week
  • Bike hire is available at £10 / 15€ per bike per day
  • Secure parking can be pre-reserved and will cost £4/6€ a day

    Cleaning Service can be arranged at a cost of £50 or 80€ per week (house cleaned & linen changed once during the week) £125 or 180€ for a fortnight (house cleaned and linen changed 3 times)
